Code of Conduct for Players
To help provide an understanding of the Code of Conduct for Player, certain standards and ethics are to be provided for players to help provide a fun and safe learning environment for all.
Park Farm Pumas encourage all players to follow and commit :
• Football is for all, regardless of: Ability, Age, Gender, Religion and Ethnic Origin.
• To understand the Club aims to develop all and not just the most talented.
• The Club places emphasis on learning and developing
• To understand Questions & Answers during Lesson and Match environments.
• To help provide a safe learning environment by wearing Shin Protection during all football activities.
• To help provide a healthy environment by monitoring Drinks & Toilet Breaks.
• To inform coaches on Non-Participation in Club Lessons due to illness and injury.
• To Arrive at Club Lessons prepared and ready.
• To respect all Park Farm Pumas Coaches & Opponent Club Officials, Opposing Team Players on and off the Match Field.
• To place encouragement and assistance to all players during Club Lessons and Match Day Events.
• To provide hand shakes / fist pumps to Park Farm Pumas Coaches upon arriving at Club Lessons.
• To provide hand shakes to opposing team players at the end of the competitive match, regardless of the score line.
• To not use inappropriate language at any time.
• To recognise, appreciate & Respect the equipment and facilities provided by Park Farm Pumas.
• To make every effort to develop their own sporting ability in terms of skill,technique, tactics and stamina.
• To commit to avoid all forms of gamesmanship,
- To commit to uphold & exhibit behaviours that align to the clubs high standard of sportsmanship
- Remember that Football is Fun and for All.
