On a cold Sunday morning park farm pumas welcomed colsterworth colts. With colsterworth colts looking for their first win and the previous score 5-4, both teams were ready to play done great football.
The referee blows the whistle to start the first half both teams come out strong playing end to end football. With colsterworth working hard to gain possession, they quickly succeed following up with a shot the pumas defenders clear. Tyler makes a great run down the wing with colsterworth quick with their counter attack they win the ball and a great shot gives colsterworth the lead. The game is 1-0 pumas get back into the game holding possession playing the ball to Arthur who takes a shot, saved by the keeper. Colsterworth continue to counter attack with their shot hitting the bar. Pumas pick up the pace and the possession, with great passes played tylar was able to find the back of the goal taking the game to 1-1. Colsterworth continue to try and get back into the game, pumas work hard as a team feeding the ball to Oliver creating the chance to the lead. Oliver finds the back of the net taking the game to 2-1. Both teams are working hard to create space to play the ball, pumas play another through ball to oliver who takes the game to 3-1. The pumas hold possession of the ball and begin to dominate the game, working well as a team they were able to get the ball past the colsterworth defence and deliver to Oliver who secures his hat trick. The game is 4-1 colsterworth start to pick up the pace taking another shot at goal, hitting the bar. Adam was able to play the ball out to the wing with a chance taken by tylar, the colsterworth keeper makes a brilliant save. The colsterworth defence are working hard to stop the pumas players getting near the goal, another great shot from Oliver takes the game to 5-1. Colsterworth gain possession and get past the pumas defenders with Adam making the save. The pumas are starting to open up the space to play down the wing to fj, another great save made by colsterworth. The referee awards a penalty Fabio steps up to the spot and fires it into the net taking the game to 6-1. Colsterworth gain possession and quickly find the net, the score is 6-2. Colsterworth continue to push into the game taking another chance saved by Adam. The referee blows the whistle the score at half time 6-2 to pumas.
The second half begins the pumas have the majority of possession Tyler produces a great cross cleared by Colsterworth who picks up their pace to make a great run cleared by Charlie. The pumas wingers play a quick through ball to Fabio who slots the ball into the colsterworth net the score is 7-2. Colsterworth aren’t giving up and follow quickly with a shot at the pumas goal saved by Arthur. The colsterworth keeper plays the ball out to the defence intercepted by fj he takes a shot and fired the ball into colsterworth net taking the score to 8-2. Colsterworth push past the pumas defence with another shot saved by Arthur, the opposition haven’t given up they continue to fight to get back into the game. Colsterworth begin to open up bad start to create chances with a shot narrowly going wide and a great save by Arthur.
The defence play a great ball to tylar who runs down the wing, taking the chance his ball hows over the goal. The colsterworth kicks the ball out making a slight mistake Fabio is quick to seize the opportunity taking the game to 9-2 securing his hat trick of the game. Despite the score colsterworth continue to force pumas into their own half with a great shot in the back of the net ten game is now 9-3. Charlie plays a quick through ball to tylar who crosses into the box, colsterworth score an own goal giving pumas a 10-3 lead. Another defensive mistake gave tylar the opportunity to play down the wing and go for goal finding the net, with the score at 11-3. With minutes to go colsterworth take another chance with Arthur making a cracking save, colsterworth wasn’t giving up and found the net shortly after taking the game to 11-4. With less than 5 minutes to go a great ball played from the team to tylar created another opportunity for a shot at goal, tylar fires it into the net to secure his hat trick , the game finished 12-4 to the pumas what a great game to watch, both teams played end to end football.
