Due to the recent heavy rainfall the U13 Blacks league cup final against Spalding had to be postponed recently. The game has now been rescheduled to the same day, time and venue as our U14 Reds League Cup final v Clenchwarton.

The last time we had a situation like this with x2 Pumas teams in a Cup final at the same time was when two of our teams met in the final some 8 years ago in the first ever Puma’s final!

It is now time to add another special occasion to the annuls of Pumas history.

- This Sunday our u13 Blacks face off against a strong Spading side – kick off is 2pm at Whittlesey Juniors ground, Stonald road, Whittlesey.
- Our U14 reds go up against Clenchwarton at the same venue and with the same kick off time.

We would love to have a great crowd of the Pumas faithful come along and cheer the lads on to what we hope will be two cup victories. If you can make it, please be aware that there are other cup finals going on that day and that the car parking is limited. We would advise car sharing where possible and for spectators to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before kick-off to allow the supporter from previous games to vacate the car park.

As a club we are extremely proud of the successes that we have seen in cup competitions this season and particularly of our youth teams and the success and continued development that they have had year on year.

As a result, we will be having a celebration of the team’s success after the games at the Cardea Pavilion. There will be an opportunity to have teas, coffees, drinks, nibbles and a BBQ. Win or lose we are so proud of the coach players and parents that have got the teams to these cup finals, and we want to celebrate their success. So please come along!
