Unfortunately yet another challenging year for the club saw our numbers of teams, members and volunteers shrink. While this may make things more manageable from a management perspective it is a worrying trend that we are noticing around the area.

Several teams have fell by the wayside and unfortunately the numbers appear to be moving away from mixed gender football to girls only or to other sports altogether.

This coming year for Pumas will be a defining one in our future development and as such we are going to need to re-double our efforts if we wish to move the club forward. We require new volunteers URGENTLY !!

The areas we are looking to develop are

- Increase our membership of mixed Youth teams
- Prepare for the New FA initiatives of 3v3 football
- Create New Women's and Girls only opportunities
- Create New disability football pathways

We will have volunteer opportunities in numerous positions

- Senior Management and strategy development
- Fundraising and grant aid writing and support
- Back room administration
- Volunteer coaching and assistant coaching across multiple age groups
- Grounds persons & facilities development
- Catering, Cafe & bar personnel on match days
- Recruitment, Marketing and advertising positions

The club is in the fortunate position of having the funding, facilities and equipment to deliver on our ambitious short & long term goals. What we do not have are the numbers and professional expertise of volunteers to help us move forward.
