Hi all, I am afraid that we have had to call the games at Cardea off this morning. Pitches were checked at 8.30 and were frozen. Particularly in the goalmouth areas which is not safe so the club has made the call to postpone this mornings games.

On top of this we had a dusting of snow last night which has lay down and been frozen overnight in the car park and the walkways which have not been salted / gritted so these areas are also not safe to walk on.

The club does not make these calls lightly and we apologise for any inconvenience or upset that this might cause but the safety of the players must come first.
