As a very valued member of our men's 1st team and a local young referee many of you may know Dan Tarver.

But perhaps like me, you may not have know the journey he has been on in recent years. Dan and his family & friends have really been through the mill dealing with an illness no child should ever have to face into.

The fact that none of us knew about this is testament to Dan who has clearly approached this period of his life with immense courage and support from his loved ones. After coming out on the other side of this horrible illness Dan is taking great strides forward and putting those strides to work in the London Marathon on Sunday !
