PLEASE ENSURE ALL OF YOUR PARENTS ARE FULLY APPRAISED OF THE INFORMATION BELOW:

On behalf of the WSM organizing committee, we would like to thank you for entering our tournament, which we hope allows you to extract the maximum value from the event, and we are able help provide the fun & entertainment for everyone who is associated with your team.

Venue: Wisbech St Mary Sports Centre, Beechings Close, Wisbech St Mary, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire PE13 4SS
Arrival:

We would advise an arrival time of between 8.15 am - 9.15 am

There are 24 x 11 a side teams, 14 x Nine a side teams in attendance, we would anticipate around 300 cars will attend.

Car Park marshaling will occur upon arrival, there is a £ 2.50 entry fee per car which includes a tournament program

Please ensure that all your traveling parents, supporters etc are aware of the Car Park Fees will invoke rule 13 for that team.

Please ensure that all of your players/parents/supporters are aware of the above fees.

After parking up passengers should stay away from the car park area for safety reasons.

The Kitchen will be open from 8.15 am for hot & cold refreshments (Food & Drink)

Registration:
Please complete the team registration form previously sent and submit on arrival.

Under 14 & 16: No more than 16 players in a squad.
Under 12: No more than 14 players in a squad.

Please register at the control tent by 9.30 am, all team sheets must have your FA Affiliation number on it.

Pitches:
A map of the venue is inside the program.
Under 16: - Pitches 1,& 2 Two groups of Six teams- 18 minute games:

Under 14: - Pitches 5 & 6. Two groups of Six teams - 18 minute games.

Under 12: - Pitches 3 & 4. Two groups of Seven teams - 12 minute games

Each pitch is dedicated to one group of matches.

An area has been organised for teams to erect there own gazebo`s. No BBQ`s please.

Managers Meeting at the Control Tent @ 9.40 am.

Tournament protocol rules:

The first named Team (Home) will supply the match ball & choose ends;
Both teams should bring a match ball to allow a continuity of the game.

The second named Team (Away) will start the game.

In the event of a clash of colours, the second named Team will change.
There is a high number of potential colour clashes please ensure you have BIBS if you do not have a shirt change.

First round of games kick-off at 10.00 am

Please ensure that you are familiar with the tournament rules.
It is essential that the teams abide by the tournament fixture schedule.
Presentations to the competition winners & runners up will take place shortly after the age group final.
Please take take a note of both Mark and my phone numbers and contact either of us with any issues.
We hope you thoroughly enjoy yourselves at the event.
The weather forecast will hopefully be good, as the event promises be a great day!
