Recently due to some hard work and determination the club was awarded a Football Foundation grow the game grant of £5000 paid over a three year period.

To celebrate this great success and to promote the club in the local community the club will be holding an extra training session for all members of the club on Saturday 22nd October 2011 from 9.00 - 12:00 which will involve set up of equipment, fun based training sessions and hopefully a photo with the Evening Telegraph and possibly a piece on the evening news channels.

I realise this may be during the half term and some of you may have plans but if we could have as many people there as possible it would really help celebrate the award of this grant and help to promote the club in the local media.
